MoriGo Food Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the MoriGo Food mobile application created by MD. Ahasanul Karim. This service helps users order food from local restaurants and receive delivery within the Morigaon district.

The application may collect basic information provided by users such as name, phone number, and delivery address to complete food delivery services.
How the App Works
MoriGo Food is a food delivery platform where restaurants can add food items from their admin panel. Customers can browse Assamese food, Bengali food, and different fast foods and order directly from the application.
Delivery Charges
- ₹50 – Delivery charge
- ₹10 – Company commission
Total delivery cost: ₹60
Payment Process
The delivery partner collects payment from customers and submits it to the company. After calculations and commission deduction, the remaining amount is transferred to the restaurant owner.
Return Policy
Once an order is accepted by the restaurant and picked up by the delivery partner, the order cannot be returned or cancelled.
Children's Privacy
The application does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 years of age.
Security
The Service Provider takes reasonable steps to protect user data.
