MoriGo Food aims to provide reliable food delivery services. Please read the refund policy carefully.
No Return Policy
Once a restaurant accepts an order and the delivery partner has picked up the food, the order cannot be cancelled or returned.
Refund Situations
A refund may be considered only in the following situations:
- The restaurant cancels the order.
- The order cannot be delivered.
- Technical errors during payment.
Delivery Charges
Total delivery charge per order is ₹60:
- ₹50 Delivery charge
- ₹10 Company commission
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed by MoriGo Food after verification.
